  An Analysis of a Decade of Unconventional Policies and Rolling Crises (2009-2020)   Introduction: After narrowly escaping the 2008 meltdown, the world did not return to its previous state. Instead, we entered a decade that can be described as the "new normal" or a "troubled planet."
